It's all about truth, good numbers, and excellence in customer service. It's one of the first places I send my friends when they need a car or need service for their car.     Our experience with Toyota has been exceptional! We purchased my highlander there on New Year’s Day! First of all, major props for being open on a holiday! Many others were not and they lost an opportunity for a $40,000 sale! Our sales person and the entire staff that day were friendly and accommodating. Last week we took my highlander there for a tire roation and detailed cleaning, inside and out. I have four messy kids and they make my car yucky fast! We dropped the car off and we’re given and very nice loaner to tool around in until my vehicle was ready. I was floored at what a great job they did cleaning it! It was like I’d just purchased it off the sales floor. We will be doing the detailed cleaning several times a year! This Toyota dealership is truly top notch! Sooooo satisfyed with our purchase and the service we receive!

    Had a great experience with Brian Fuller. He was very helpful. (He gets 5 stars. Please continue reading to see why the dealership lost a star) My wife and I were undecided on which vehicle would be right for us. Our lease was up and we knew we didn't want to purchase the 2016 Rav4. We liked it but wanted something bigger. We test drove a couple of different vehicles but were still not sold. Mr. Fuller suggested we drive the 2019 4runner premium off road. All I can say is WOW! Fell in love instantly smooth ride, beautiful soft leather and plenty of room. We made a great deal and were very happy. Here is the one complaint. The sales staff do not have offices. They are in cubicles that any passerby can overhear or look at your personal information. I cant understand why this would be a good idea with identity theft being such a huge problem.

    Service was prompt and courteous. I was notified of a bulb that was out illuminating my license plate the replacement of which I then authorized. When I left in my newly washed Prius, my smart phone didn't link up with the radio as before. I pulled back into the dealer and the service director was able to reconnect the communication using both the car's program and that of my iPhone. It would have taken me hours to figure it out if I ever did without help.

    While I’ve only used the service department here, it is five stars from beginning to end! The staff is so knowledgeable about what your car actually needs and can schedule you appropriately. They are very flexible on scheduling and will get you in quickly. The staff you interact with is kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. The waiting area is super comfortable and the kids’ area kept my 5 year old happy. But if you can’t stay, they have a shuttle and also you can reserve a loaner car if your scheduled service will take more than a few hours! Prices seem on par with other dealerships where I’ve had my car worked on. Service is outstanding!!! Would totally recommend.

    Services Prices are CRAZY high!!!

    We were scheduled for the 30K mile check-up. We asked about what was included in the price and they gave us the list which included a cabin air filter and engine air filter. I mentioned that I will get both filters on my own. That was acceptable to them and then I asked for an updated price for the checkup without the filters. The price dropped $110. Yep, they are charging $110 for the two filters that I purchased for ~$20. I can understand a 2x price diff. for an OEM product but to charge 5x for off the shelf items. That's TERRIBLE!!!

    Shocking!! Ask for what you are paying for. This is like going into McDonalds and ordering a Big Mac for $15 and Fries for $10. What they are charging is equal to a Big Mac and Fries for $25.

    Best car buying experience ever. My salesman listened to what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and made it happen. My purchase was handled on the phone and I was able to go to the dealer and pick it up. Everything was taken care of in a professional and efficient manner.     Had a great experience with Ed Martin Toyota in Fishers. I took in my older model Lexus Es300 to diagnose a problem with the brakes. They provided me with a nice rental vehicle for a couple days while they made the necessary repairs. I dealt with Matt in the Service Department who took care of me and was very good at giving me updates on the repairs. Professional organization, highly recommended.

    This dealership is really nice inside. The bathrooms are very clean. They have a very nice waiting area with snacks & drinks. The only problem I saw is the paperwork took way to long for my son while he was buying his truck. Otherwise the salesperson he had was Brenda & he felt she was really good.

    Our complete car buying experience at Ed Martin Toyota was very positive. Our sales person was MIke Gundersen. Mike was very knowledgeable and helped us get a great deal. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, expecially a new Toyota. Everyone at the dealership was nice and helpful; everything we were told held true throughout the process. I have purchased 16 new vehicles in the past 49 years, and this was the best experience among all of them. We have also purchased 12 used vehicles in the past 56 years at various dealerships. This was our first experience with an Ed Martin dealership, and it was the best of all 29 deals. Try them and see for yourself.

    I was in the market for a quick and no-nonsense, no-pressure vehicle purchase. I worked with Muhamed in the sales department. I was able to purchase a new RAV 4 quickly at a good interest rate with nothing down...even tho I'm only 90 days in to working on rebuilding my credit. Financed vehicle directly through Toyota. I can't say enough good things about both the sales and finance departments. Absolutely would recommend to anyone in the market.

    The touch-up paint I had ordered a looooong time ago showed up, and one of the service managers made a point of applying it himself to a spot on my car that had a scrape. Much appreciated!

    Not sure why, but I found my antenna on the dash above the radio, so I had to reinstall it. Not a big deal, but nothing was said about it or why it was off, so I wondered...

    Our sales person, Mo Ganchi, and the rest of the team there were simply phenomenal. Quick response to my sales inquiry email with an up-front response and a great price. No games at all, just outstanding service.

    Mo answered all of our questions and then got us over to finance once we were ready. Corey in finance laid out the extended coverage options and then was respectful of my decision regarding them; I felt informed and not oversold.

    Then Mo took the time to go over the setup of our car and make sure we were good to go off the lot. His sales manager was great as well plus they made sure we met the service manager.

    Clean facility; easy to get to. And absolutely zero surprises.

    Loving my new Camry and I think Toyota has a customer for life now.

    Quick response to my email. Clean and comfortable showroom with all the amenities. Corry was respectful, professional, and not pushy. He answered any questions immediately; very knowledgable. I had been shopping all over central Indiana for a week, the cars I looked at at other dealers were not cleaned, not in the condition described, or just not what I was expecting from a dealer. I stopped at Ed Martin Toyota and was ready to buy the car after a few minutes. Heather in finance had the paperwork ready to go and had everything taken care of and signed in minutes. As usual it was worth the drive to find exactly what I was looking for at a fair price.

    Recently moved to the area and our 4Runner was due for the 5000 mile maintenance check. Service Advisor Tammy Greeson was a delight to work with, very friendly. We had a secondary issue and she went above and beyond what was required to solve the problem for us. Impressive facility, but more important, great people who say what they will do and do what they say, having us out in less than 1 hour both days. I highly recommend Tammy and as a result, Ed Martin Toyota for service.
