Neil Graham was great to deal with and was very accommodating; not pushy at all and very patient. It was clear he wanted my husband and I to have a good experience. The whole process was smooth and I would recommend this dealership, for sure!
Sales personnel were friendly and knowledgeable and never seemed pushy or high pressure. It made the experience more relaxed and I felt like I was making an educated decision, not being pressured into something.
Upon arrival and entry into the large showroom, we were greeted immediately by Fred Holmes. We were offered snacks and refreshments in the lobby and shown multiple options to fit our vehicle needs and budget. Fred was very knowledgeable and patient with our many questions. Not at all pushy like you get from other dealerships. Eddy was very helpful and quick with all the paperwork. We will never buy another car from any one or anywhere else.
I came in to get a tire rotation, walked over to the show room and looked at the RAV4 and Matt said hello. I told him I was surprised at how different the RAV4 looks. We started talking about it and next thing I know, I test drove one. Corry, Dustin and Matt were instrumental in the sale. Next day, I returned to finalize with Corry and he spent well over an hour explaining all the features and told me to stop by any time if I have any questions as he knew there was a lot to absorb. Everyone is very helpful and patient. They answer all questions and if they don’t know something, will research it to find out how to answer the question. We are very glad we went to Ed Martin Toyota.
Mohamed was wonderful. We talked a lot while waiting for Eddy in finance to get ready for me. Then, while I was signing stuff with Eddy, Mohamed programmed my preferred radio station which was really thoughtful. I liked Eddy, too. As may be expected from any dealer finance person, he wanted to sell me additional warranties and the like, but he was still gracious when I declined.
I really enjoyed having Neal as my salesman Neal listen to my needs and found what I was looking for. He even took us on a tour of that beautiful dealership. Thanks Neal. Love the truck.
My husband and I found a great car for our daughter. We had searched it out online. Contacted our bank, had financing before I walked in. Since I had done an online inquiry, a salesman called me. His words words after introduction were-if you’re interested then you’d better hurry up and get in here because many are looking at it. I did not hurry. I will not be pressured. The car was there when we got there, and we bought it. Salesman did everything he could to talk us in to buying it. We already planned on getting it. He tried to show me the engine but he couldn’t figure out how to open it. His language was not appreciated. He, on several occasions, stated he would have used other words if children weren’t present. We finally got to financing and it was quick and easy especially since I had it before I walked in. The car was supposed to have been cleaned before we took it. It wasn’t. Very disappointing.
I was looking a car and Mohamed was patience and took the time to help me find what I want. The purchasing process at this dealer was no hassle and quick. I finally got a car that I very satisfied with. Thank you again for your helps.
Seriously the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had! Casey Niles was by far the most knowledgeable, caring, funny, nice salesman we’ve ever come in contact with. I cannot say enough kind things about him. Cory Johnson was super helpful, kind and funny as well. Dustin was kind and funny. Very personable and took VERY good care of us. The building was very clean and nicely laid out. The TVs, seating areas, and snacks/drinks were a bonus for our experience. We will most definitely be using Ed Martin Toyota and Casey again. I live 5 hours away from the dealership and wanted to make sure the truck I purchased was everything it appears to be and these guys bent over backwards to get me all the information and pictures that I requested. They were very honest and straight forward, they tried to hide nothing, which I greatly appreciated. Awesome folks to work with and I absolutely would go back. 10/10, would recommend.

They do it right. Corry Caldwell led us throughout. Very nice guy, straight to the point, knowledgeable, etc. Easy/quick test drives. Huge inventory to choose from. All pricing information is available online. With the info available today - you know before going whether you have a fair price. Trade in went quick, smooth, and fair. Do your Carmax and online research in advance. In and out in 1 hour including trade in, financing, cleaning the car up. I literally couldn't ask for a single thing being handled differently by Corry, dealership, or finance.
Mohamed and Eric were extremely attentive and responsive throughout the process. I was traveling for work and they made it easy to negotiate a buy through email. When we arrived at the dealership to make the final purchase, they made everything easy for us. Mohamed's personality and customer service were so exceptional that I started thinking through my job openings to figure out if he could fit somewhere. After working with him and reading the reviews of others though, I think he may have found his calling in helping through the car buying process. Ed Martin is lucky to have him. We don't buy cars often but next time we do, I will be looking for Mohamed and Eric first! Thanks for a great experience.

My daughter encouraged me to look at this dealership after she had a great experience and I’m so glad I did. I found the exact car that I wanted on the website and sent an email. In less than 15 minutes - I received a phone call from Fred. He put together photos and information of my chosen car and had them sent to my email in a few minutes. We worked out a deal and I purchased my dream car today. Eddy helped me with the financials and he was great as well. My entire experience could not have been any better from my initial contact with the website to the final handshake with Eddy and Fred. I went in on Saturday March 16, 2019 just car browsing. Upon entering the lot with my wife, we went to look at Corollas, Brenda was with a customer; she introduced herself, and said if we had any questions let her know. We spoke briefly about cars and what my plans were. She never was pushy or uninterested. My wife and I left the dealership discussing our options. Monday 3/18/2019 I drove back to Ed Martin Toyota, Brenda again was working with a customer, I waited patiently, and as she came through the door, she asked, 'You bring your vehicle?' I did and the rest is History... I am now the owner of a 2019 Toyota Corolla and was thrilled at the effort of everyone involved. I am pleased with the the whole buying experience. Marc Brown and Cory Johnson made the financing and Application processes enjoyable, I felt almost no stress or pressure from the staff. I even appreciate the detailing, and full tank of gas. My wife is happy with her new Toyota Highlander and overall we were pleased with the experience. However, she would have been even more satisfied if there were more color options available. Also, I'm not sure why we were charged for a hidden service fee for the amount of $199. I thought that this fee was unnecessary, and nontransparent as we have never told about it and Ed Martin is making enough profit to pay for the service of Lindsey. I will still recommend Ed Martin, and to deal with Mohammed in particular.
Flew in from out of state to pick up a new vehicle as the prices were the best I'd ever seen (right around invoice). When I arrived my vehicle was ready to go and very nicely detailed. Finance had paperwork prepared for review and it only took a few signatures before I was out the door. Fred (Sales), Cory (Finance), and everyone else at Ed Martin Toyota are rockstars!

I went to the dealership thinking I knew everything, but my picture was a little blurry. Robert was very tentative and explained to me all the different options once I narrowed down the vehicle I was desiring. Robert took his time to give the correct answer so that I was not misled, even if that meant verifying, which I enjoyed. I would come back to the Ed Martin Toyota just to work with Robert.
